Broken down building and careless management
Do not ever live here. This place is the absolute worst living conditions. I was a resident for over a year and moved out due to poor building maintenance and multiple failures in the building. The management gets is equally terrible with people who are just there for the pay check and couldn't care less about you living there. Multiple times pipes burst in the building causing thousands of damage to my unit. When calling the emergency maintenance line it takes on average 2 hours for a response... even in the middle of the day. After they responded and stopped the leak it took two weeks before they even repaired the damage to the bedroom. When I asked for a prorate on my rent for that month they responded saying that since I could still sleep in the living room that I don't qualify. The management here has no business being in their positions and to get them to do the basics of their job and man the front office or answer emails is even a struggle for them. Just save yourself the stress and struggle and go somewhere else, there are way better complexes out there at a similar price. At the very least they could pretend to care but as long as your paying they don’t care about unit issues.
