Remodeled
I see they remodeled these apartments. I hope they gave the place a few months to let the horrible bed bug infestation they had die out. Roaches were a problem also. Hopefully this time they do things right. Hopefully they have new management because before the remodeling, the management they had was terrible! It would take forever for them to send someone out and when they did the guy would complain about how he was alone and he had to do everything. Then they would charge you for anything that... didn't work properly, even though you told them it was broken when you moved in.
Sometimes the manager would stop by and she'd only be in the office when she felt like it. When she'd get there, she'd park her SUV across 3 parking spaces and would just leave it like that until she felt like it.
Just a heads up, parking was really bad in the evening. People would just park and take up space where another car could fit... I see they have gated parking now, that'll probably be your best best. They should have done that long ago to stop all the car break-ins that would happen all the time.
