Needs a god fix up..
The complex is family oriantarlred of spansh decent. The complex is older needs a good fix
up sometimes there is issue with water pressure and with the hit and coldair in the units. The exterminator is no good does not do his job the apt manager is alone running a couple other complexes with this one so she can be a bit under staffed. But the manger does the hest she can to see things are done.

1969
First apt. After our marriage in 1969. Appears not a lot has changed. Almost 50 years later roaches still exist, some problems with pool. Management didn’t like to pay for repairs. Showed our apt. during the day knowing we both worked to prospective tenants. Was attacked in the laundry room upstairs Aug. 23, 1973 at 5:30 p.m, was nearly beaten and strangled to death!! Never caught the guy!
