Move in process was very easy and Ashley was a great help. Residents were very welcoming.

The location is excellent and the property itself is very nice, but that’s about it. I had several issues when I first moved in and was dismissed. The rods in the closets were not measured properly, so hanging a shirt on the top rod will hang down a few inches over the bottom rod. There is no ceiling fan or even an AC vent in the living room area, with a wall full of windows. My living room was warm in the winter and was almost unbearable this summer. I had to keep my shades down all day. ... The decking used out by the pool with burn your feet if only touching for a second. More thought was given to the aesthetics than to the function, which can be said about much of the complex. Ever since the switch in property management the complex has gone downhill, quickly. Maddie in the leasing office was fantastic and she’s now gone. The new leasing agents are all super rude and Erik the manager pretends to care, but really doesn’t. Lots of crime! There were squatters in the building, lots of car break ins, and lots of theft. They’ve hired security to walk the building at night but have really only made it more restrictive for the residents. The mail and package delivery system is a hot mess! The package lockers are almost always full so packages get left in the leasing office. The leasing office also doesn’t let you know you have a package so be sure you are tracking it and can pick up your package during business hours. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Multiple car break-ins, car windows shattered by thieves, squatters in apartment, horrible mail pick up during work hours only and no notification of delivery, no turf in dog park so constantly muddy.

The leasing office staff is friendly and professional. They do whatever they can to make your experience a positive one. Keith and Maddie are a pleasure to deal with. Joseph, who is over maintenance is kind, friendly and extremely helpful.
The Broadstone is fortunate to have such hardworking and professional employees.
