It’s poor management and maintenance here. They don’t come out and fix anything let alone handle any type of business that pertains to these apartments such as emails, payments, and etc.

Spoke to the manager Rosalind she was very friendly and warm. I have been apartment hunting for a while and some places people are rude but I believe I have found home

Well, first off I will start by saying that the property itself is okay! Secondly, I will start with the maintenance staff. They are very kind and if you need anything they will help you. My work orders always got done in a timely manner. That's with the new crew they have now, not the old crew. Last but not least, the office staff! The lady at the front desk is very helpful and she is always very professional. The assistant manager, there now, is very ghetto acting and she doesn't even speak to... you when you enter the office! Greeting prospective tenants, or tenants, are a part of her job description and she doesn't even act like she cares! On to the manager, ALTHEA, she is so unprofessional and she shows favoritism, to HER FRIENDS, that live in the complex! She doesn't act like a manager should act and if you take a problem to them, they would rather see you out then to fix the issue! I feel all managers that are in that position should carry themselves a certain type o way. She hides behind her office when you come in to speak to her about anything. She tells the other staff to let you know that shes busy, when she really isn't! She takes personal calls on speaker while shes conducting your business, letting the person on the phone know your business! Very unprofessional and rude, may I add! Sh lies to get you out of the office. I would rather you visit the property for yourself than to listen to "all" the reviews. My review is my personal opinion and its based on how I was treated as a tenant! FYI: CORPORATE doesn't care either! Its all about a dollar for them! Went to visit this property looking to move soon the staff in excellent in make you feel at home as soon as you walk threw the door. Especially the lady who desk is at the front. Extremely helpfully and will work with you with all your moving needs and question you have. Also gave me information about other properties that might have openings in the local area. I'm impressed and stasifed with the service I received today. I read the reviews about this complex but I will personally say you have... to go visit the property and experience it for yourself.
