Echo Park

Been here for 3 months and still no internet services. It’s already July and there still is no internet. The managers keep saying the internet is good for service and the apartment is not serviceable. The management is the absolute worst and never know what is going on. The apartment parking lot is poorly constructed. The gate for the parking lot still does not close. Still do not get mail on the property. Just save your time and money. This apartment has been an absolute nightmare.

Been here since February, this property was not ready for move in! As a renovated complex there should be no holes and you would expect there to be what they offer. Since February NO INTERNET(work from home here) and was told that there “was”! Internet technicians insist copper lines were cut when renovating so there’s no internet in both ends! NO mailbox since I moved in! Til now there is a dumpster! A/C unit was installed March. Washer and dryer: you need a 23.5 in. There was NO proper light... out the complex! Horrible horrible!!!! Nothing but LIES. It’s now April and there’s NO internet. AT&T and spectrum let tenants know this place isn’t ready for move in. Parking lot will be the end of your cars tires. If you take a contract in these departments make sure they have because they lie to you when you make the contract. The apartments don’t have internet, cable and mail box.

This property is not completly finished, have lived here for couple of months, and the management here dont know what they are doing. No internet available in this property. Save your time and money.
