When I first moved in the property was managed professionally and with care, however, a new company has since taken over and that unfortunately is no longer the case. Within the first two months of them taking over I did not have hot water for one week. The trash was collecting in piles around the property. The laundry area had broken washers and dryers for weeks to the point I had to call and schedule service on them. Now my AC has been broken for the better part of the week.... Every time I called in to try and talk to someone about it they would tell me to make a request on the app. I had to move my animal and myself to other accommodations as the temperatures were unlivable. When I went to the office they said all they could do is provide a window unit, which running on a full day in the middle of the summer would be very expensive each day. So I asked if they could prorate the days I could not stay in my apartment, it was a flat no, absolutely not. The previous management company had done that for me, as well as provided window units, and helped with the electric bill for the inconvenience. The lack of personal care to tenants now is baffling. The pool is also closed indefinitely until further notice. I gladly reviewed 5 stars after moving in, now I wish I could score 0. No redeemable qualities have been seen thus far. Read More

The staff showed me around and for the money, it is a great place. I definitely think that it is worth checking out. Great location close to my job.

We are tenants in this apartment since 2014. Although the apartment complex structure is old, we love it and decided to stay. We do our best to maintain cleanliness to keep the unit in good condition. If there is something needed to be fixed, the staff is always available to help.

Of all the years that we've been in this apartment unit, we can really commend the current maintenance staff- most especially CHRIS. He is very reliable and efficient. He does not only fix the problem but also... explain to us what the problem is and how to avoid getting the same problem. We are always satisfied with his job result.

My wife and I were looking to move to Forest Ridge. We submitted our application fee, spoke with someone on the phone minutes after, then zero contact for a week. After numerous emails and phone calls with no response for a WEEK, we decided we did not want to deal with this poor management for the next year. Never seen such horrible communication.
