The staff showed me around and for the money, it is a great place. I definitely think that it is worth checking out. Great location close to my job.

We are tenants in this apartment since 2014. Although the apartment complex structure is old, we love it and decided to stay. We do our best to maintain cleanliness to keep the unit in good condition. If there is something needed to be fixed, the staff is always available to help.

Of all the years that we've been in this apartment unit, we can really commend the current maintenance staff- most especially CHRIS. He is very reliable and efficient. He does not only fix the problem but also... explain to us what the problem is and how to avoid getting the same problem. We are always satisfied with his job result.

My wife and I were looking to move to Forest Ridge. We submitted our application fee, spoke with someone on the phone minutes after, then zero contact for a week. After numerous emails and phone calls with no response for a WEEK, we decided we did not want to deal with this poor management for the next year. Never seen such horrible communication.

I've lived here almost 5 years and I wish I had the words to describe how horrible it has been. The first unit I had, had a raggedy air conditioner that would pour water down the walls and onto my floor. I had to leave a garbage can underneath it to catch all of the water while I'm away at work. It went on for months and NONE of their inexperienced maintenance crew could fix it. They called a contractor and he couldn't fix it because he stated that the apartments were poorly built. Lets just say... I had to move into a new unit in order for them to fix it. I am now on a bottom unit where when it rains, it floods water onto the carpet in my bedroom due to busted pipes outside. Management has done NOTHING to fix it. I have bags of sands just sitting around my balcony. I have even tried to call corporate and no one will return my phone calls. They have a referral program where you're supposed to get $200 for each person. I referred a friend in Sept and now I have to jump through hoops just to get my $200. They have been treating me as if I'm trying to scam them. I bet if I didn't pay my rent on time, they would go out of their way to get their money so why can't I have the same respect? Management is lazy and inexperienced. They literally tell you anything to get you off of the phone. They have mediocre maintenance who only do temporary fixes. Management rarely show up to work, and when they do, it's when they feel like it. They purposely never answer the phones (I've called from 2 different numbers. They ignored the one they recognized and answered the 2nd one). We get new management once every 6 months because the Summit property management is very CHEAP!. I will be giving a 6 month notice to them because I will not renew my lease. I don't care if I have to stay in a hotel. If I could give 0 stars I would. Read More
