Did a short-term lease here with Ritzy Room. Not a brand new building but still SUPER nice.
Since these guys have taken over I see them at the property every day re-doing the older units.
The unit they had me in was very well appointed with more luxury finishes. Will likely work with them again when I come back to Dallas.

Great place
Recently stayed here and had a great experience. Fully furnished and super comfy, especially the bed. My apartment also had a wood-burning fireplace and updated appliances.
The courtyard with the pool was super nice. Great for lounging and soaking up the sun. Location was great as well. You're pretty much close to everything.
The staff was really friendly and helpful, too. They made sure I had everything I needed and even gave me some great recommendations for places to eat and visit in the... area.
All in all, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a chill, comfortable, and convenient spot to stay in Dallas.

Great options. Small property close to Downtown.
Great location in Lakewood. Property is close to downtown, Uptown and Deep Ellum. Easy Access to highways.
Team keeps up with the courtyard and pool areas. Seems like almost daily.
The building is not brand new but you can tell the renovations were done right.
They also have options for short term furnished.

Charge fees after lease and won’t return any calls or emails
Had unit professionally cleaned and got charged a $200 cleaning fee. I have called them 22 times and emailed 15 and nobody will ever call me back. I think Erin is the manager and I’ve emailed her directly too, but nothing

Nice and Quiet
If you like vintage, this is the place for you. This feels and looks as though it was built in the 1950's or 1960's. While the visual components need a hefty improvement, the staff response needs even more. It is quiet....that's the best thing going for it!
