Not A Good Place. Be aware…
The apartments are all bills paid, but not worth the price. The hot water is constantly going off. Good luck if it’s a Friday, because maintenance and management don’t care. You will wait till Monday. There is mold in several of the apartments. The recreation room is only open during office hours. .Maintenance turns on the TV and takes the remote. You are treated like children with no respect. Cars are constantly broken into, and they refuse to close the entry gates.
New ownership has been... terrible. If you live here, you can’t have doorbell camera, or put anything on your front door. You can’t burn candles, etc. . They do inspections every 3 months, despite the fact that they ignore major repairs that need to be fixed. There is a manager, but she allows the head maintenance man to make the decisions.If you are looking for a safe and decent place to live, or searching for your parents, look elsewhere. The goal of ownership is to make money. They are not concerned about the tenants or safety.
