Gables Katy Trail

I love my apartment for what it’s been and because I’ve made it home but the area is largely under construction leaving many places without sidewalks. I struggle with the noise and several things that won’t fit here but I’m conflicted because I have been here for so many years. It’s been great in the past but the last 2 months have been largely inconvenient and very much not worth the amount my rent has increased since I moved here. Almost doubled in 3 years. Great location and most affordable place in the area. But very old building with lots of maintence and aesthetic issues. Staff is nice and tries to be as helpful as possible!

The move-in process was extremely easy. I submitted my application and had a response early the next business day and was able to get my keys and move in the next day. They did a great job!

The apartment at Gables Katy Trail is wonderful and the helpfulness of Jennifer and Bre in the office is exceptional. I did a lot of looking before deciding that Gables Katy Trail was the place for me.

The staff at Gables Katy Trail made moving in easy and pleasant! From the first visit to receiving the keys to our new apartment, the staff was always available and helpful. Jennifer was wonderful!
