There are major plumbing issues on several floors, but especially floor 37. The plumbing has back up several times, flooding the hallways with raw sewage.

We are DFW natives but moved to Huntington Beach in 2015. Since 2015 we've been guests in Santander tower many times over the years staying at (then called The Guild) now Mint House rental conversion units on the top two floors. During that time I've been following the multifamily conversion of this building since its inception, watching Peridot come into existence from concept until now. We moved into our large 1 bedroom, 2 bath (w/ study) unit in mid December, as of today we've been... residents at Peridot for exactly one week. I want to take a moment to specifically single out Carl, Brittany and Monica in the leasing office for their white glove service. From the moment we first made contact with the office the entire team has gone above and beyond to make sure that all of our expectations were not only met but exceeded. The leasing office takes the lead on reserving the city of Dallas dock and they go out of their way to provide you with all the information you need in order to manage your move in, ahead of the day of execution. As for the property itself, it's city skyline paradise, found. All of the appliances in the units are absolutely top quality. No negatives to speak of whatsoever. Having Thanksgiving Square and the very quiet pacific ave as your backyard (with direct access weekdays to the Dallas Pedestrian Network Tunnel system) are priceless amenities. Thank you again Carl, Brittany and Monica for making our new home such a wonderful place to live and for making our cross-country move as simple as possible.

I love the neighborhood; quiet, clean, and welcoming. Not to mention, the leasing office is superb. They are responsive and constantly put a smile on my face with the various kind gestures they do for us residents!

This is a very professional, knowledgeable, and inviting community of a well pronounced group .. myself and family have felt welcomed & appreciated from the beginning. We appreciate and respect the level of service provided, enjoyed all interactions, and feel satisfied with our selection outcome. Carl is a staple in the community & his attention to detail is impeccable. Great Job to The Peridot Staff!
