Living at Glass House by Windsor has been nothing short of exceptional. From the very first day I moved in, the entire team—maintenance, management, and concierge—has gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome and supported. Their professionalism and genuine care create a sense of community that’s rare to find.

The atmosphere here is not only beautifully maintained but also feels incredibly safe and welcoming. Whether it’s a quick maintenance request or a friendly hello from the front desk,... everything is handled promptly and with a smile.

It’s hard to overstate how much I enjoy living here. I have absolutely zero complaints and would recommend Glasshouse by Windsor to anyone looking for a top-tier living experience. This place truly feels like home.

This is not for marketing: I suspect that the person somewhere above me is pouring the broth of their home-cooked chicken or turkey off the balcony because it is not wise to pour it down the drain. While I appreciate that, it pours onto my balcony without warning. This is the third time -- that I know of -- that this has happened. I have no way to wash it away. Once it congeals, I hesitate to walk onto my balcony because it will stick to my shoes. Please educate residents on proper way to... dispose of broth. Other than this annoying issue, I have enjoyed living at Glass House. Thank you.
