    My Experience

    I moved into the Green House Flats 2 years ago and I Love it! I picked a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom corner flat with a beautiful fenced in backyard, hardwood floors, updated kitchen and open floor plan. I have loved living here and also enjoyed my neighbors as well as the neighborhood. Less than one block away is a little cafe called Garden Cafe which serves breakfast and lunch that I can walk to. I love biking as well as running so having the Santa Fe Trail and Swiss Ave a block away is perfect… for me.
    The management team has always been friendly and will go out of their way to help me in anyway, I like that they know me by my 1st name and not the apartment number I live in. Its nice to have a personal relationship with the place I live as well as knowing all of the employees and maintenance team.
    I recently signed another year lease at the property, I would recommend this management company to anyone looking for a unique home with a personable experience, I feels like home, Thank you to everyone that has made my experience amazing! I look forward to another year with all of you.
