This property is fantastic

Greens of Hickory Trail is an excellent place to live. The management staff at the property is top-notch and always takes care of us. The units are all townhouse style and have tons of space on the interiors. Cornelius and his staff are great. They always listen and have made the environment onsite one of the best. Every unit has a backyard, there's plenty of parking, and you're close to plenty of job sites in the area.

Run away

Maintenance is garbage, security ain't security all they do is sleep in they car and sleeps with the residents. People cars get broken into, people try to break on you crib or twist your doorknob to see if your home so they can rob you. Half painted and half cleaned, I had to change my own storage locks cause the maintenance kept making excuses to why their key didn't make their own locks. Residents nasty and will literally walk to the dumpster and throw their trash on the ground. A lot of… violence over here like shootings and the office don't do nothing about it. Now their saying you can't have a gun on the premises. They charge for you to pay your rent and theres a hole in the gate that leads to the rosemonts where people come over here and steal or rob people and run back through the fence

Great Improvements

At first I thought the amenities were closed due to COVID 19 but now I see they are taking advantage of the time and upgrading Pool , picnic area and all common areas!! Looking very nice!!! Can’t wait to see the final touches!
