Henderson Flats is a great place to live.
I would highly recommend living at the Henderson Flats Apartments. Our apartment has a great functional floor plan and has a nice washer and dryer in the unit. The property is well maintained and all the residents are very nice and friendly. We love how close it is to shopping and restaurants. It's a great place to live.

Management company is terrible
Unsafe. Unsecure. Slow to respond. Gate for parking hasn't worked in months. A/C is weak. My dishwasher hasn't worked the entire year I've lived here. Bad communication/difficult to get a hold of anyone at management. The worst experience I have ever had.
