Really Good neighborhood, very spacious apartments and balcony, easy to get mail and packages, great staff along with Bahama, and has a really nice pool!

Noise
Friday after 12 pm a group of men were outside loud music loud talking had several boxes of beer. I called security about it I don't know if they even came I went to bed. Today as always a tenant that has no respect for others has already drove around the parking lot with extremly loud music as he drove out more than once his music is so loud it makes my sliding glass doors rattle. I'm really frustrated about these recent tenants and the lack of respect for other tenants.

Holiday Hills Apartments
I love being a resident here at Holiday Hills Apartments. They have such amazing staff like Kary, Dulce , Alex and Mayra. As well the property manager you can just tell they care.

Excellent service!
recently visited Holiday Hills Apartments and had a wonderful experience. Kary and Dulce were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, offering a water bottle while I waited, which was a thoughtful touch. Their professionalism and attentiveness made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived.
The apartment community itself was well-maintained, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. It’s clear that the staff prioritizes excellent customer service and creating a positive environment for... residents and guests.
Overall, I was impressed by both the staff and the property, and I would highly recommend Holiday Hills Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live.
