I’ve had a great experience ! The staff is always helpful and goes above and beyond to assist with any needs. The community is well-maintained, and it feels like home. Highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a great place to live!

The lack of security at this complex is astonishing — and management’s lack of action and care for the issue is even more so.

My motorcycle was stolen from this complex. There was a big non-response from staff until the police started to ask them to review security footage — and all they did was call to ask me if I could get a different officer signed to the case because they didn’t have time to go through the security footage like they were asked. They have plenty of time to make for fliers… for pi day, though.

People have had their cars broken into.

The vandalism near my building is astonishing. I’ve never seen so many trees and saplings just… snap in half. I’ve seen cake smashed on walls, heaps of trash abandoned in parking spaces.

Despite all of this, I haven’t seen a single thing to enhance security or prevent these things from happening. Not one thing.

They installed a “miniature golf course”. And they will text you 5 times about PI day, or s’more night at the cabana. But NOTHING has been done to prevent the issues like vandalism, vehicle break-ins, grand theft auto, littering, and people not cleaning up after their pets.

Literally the only highlight of this complex is the maintenance staff. They are fast, efficient, and friendly. I only wish the office staff and management were the same. Read More

If you’re looking for an apartment complex that will go above and beyond to make you happy this isn’t the place for you. I wouldn’t make the my first option but if you can’t find anything else this will be okay. When I saw the model I was excited but the only thing in my apartment that looks similar to it is the kitchen. I thought it would be more “luxury” but it isn’t. Especially the restoom. They don’t fix things they just rig it and cover it up. For the price it isn’t worth it. I find things… every day that had just been covered or rigged. But one thing I love is how quiet my building is. The apartments have potential and they could be beautiful if it was someone that’s willing to put the work in but they do the minimum and is asking for a lot of money for what they offer in my opinion. My husband and I moved out six months the day I moved out the office manager came to view the office said the apartment was clean we owned nothing. I turned in the keys update my new address and did not update my phone number it’s the same.
Now night months later I get a letter from a collection agency request I pay for what I don’t know I called collect agent left message. Beware of the lies.
