Windsor Addison Apartments

I moved in here a little over three years ago. Joey, Who is an amazing leasing agent, worked hand and hand with me, and I was able to lease a perfect unit… I absolutely love being a part of this community… Security is great, and I have never felt safer… The staff is so friendly and helpful and the maintenance crew is absolutely the best. I am so grateful that I had Joey as my leasing agent and I have never been happier??

Please tour the entire grounds before moving here! This place is absolutely disgusting. The cleaning crew on keeps the 1st floor clean which is where the tours are, the rest of the floors are trash filled and the carpet is always dirty. There is dog poop everywhere and the on the weekends, the entire place is a dump. I gave it a two star because I actually like the inside my apartment and it is a garage but beware because your car will get broken into if you’re not careful. The garage doors... only work sometimes. There has been construction outside the entire time I’ve been here and now I’m seeing mice!

I truly regret signing a 2 year lease here and I’m only 8 months into my lease. I dread walking outside of my apartment, there is no telling what I will see. I regret moving here! Read More

I have lived in IMT Prestonwood for about a little over a year and it has been great. It is a beautiful property and there are so many amenities I haven't been able to enjoy all of them. The gym is nice, the pool area and conference/ meeting spaces are beautiful.All of the residents that I have meet have been kind. It is a diverse community. Eventhough the property is not as handicap friendly,(how the parking is setup and my personal preference) the management and leasing agents have be... extremely accommodating to make my stay here as comfortable as possible. Therr were a few changes I requested and they sent someone right over to make sure I was comfortable. I put in a maintanace request, the turn around is that day or within 24hours, that is what I am used to from the previous apartments I lived in. I am glad this is truely an upgrade! Also it is a new complex so that makes me feel good that not that many folks lived in my apartment. I really appreciate the staff because in the year that I have been here I have had the chance to work with Joey as my leasing agent, Justice and Robert were always willing to help and last but not least Misty the property manager is amazing and I enjoy my new home in a new city. I absolutely adore the fact that they do special things for the residents from the time you move in and throughout the year. This year has been tough with COVID, by IMT has been really good about keeping the residents safe and informed. I have a neighbor that makes noise a couple times a month but, in 11 yrs I haven't been able to escape that. But if you're looking for an apartment that feels like home, gorgeous, safe, kind staff and in a perfect location,you should choose IMT Prestonwood! Every thing you need is literally 1-2 blocks away!
