One thing I really appreciate here is the communication. When I needed something fixed asap, or had a concern, the maintenance team would be on top of it. Not just your apartment, but also the amenities! Whenever I had a guest coming over to visit, Hailey would always answer back promptly. Interurban Building is great at hospitality but they’re also great at hosting events and pool parties, which is all thanks to Raymond. Living here has been a fantastic experience and would invite others to... come too when looking to live in downtown Dallas.

I adore my apartment and now with the free membership to the cowboys gym to compliment our facility is FANTASTIC! The front desk staff is personable and always willing to help, and I love our maintenance team. They are prompt to get everything fixed, and super nice!

It was a seamless process and Hailey was very helpful. The loft living app is a bit funny but everything else compensates. The halls smell a bit funny and hopefully they can get that fixed. Otherwise, good and very quiet.
