its yin and yang....

Half of everything is perfect, the other half is... Passable. While the manager is very nice and understanding, she's always busy with something. If she's not at another location managing their apartments, she's working hard at her office (I wonder I she sleeps) that being said, these apartments need major repairs. The hot water works...sometimes, the ac works less often. The shower rod falls off all the time, and there's still a hole in my wall. Other Than that. It's perfect.
