Gone downhill, renovations to courtyard has destroyed its beauty
Not only has management at this property been absolutely horrible since the last community manager change, but the millions spent towards 'renovating' the courtyard included cementing up brick walling to then paint stark white. Meanwhile, doors, carpeting, flooring, general cleanliness have all declined and amenities are slowly taken away as prices go up. Five years ago this was the ideal apartment complex. Now, you should look elsewhere. As a current resident, I'm tired enough to break lease... and find somewhere better.

We are here to help residents feel at home and are always looking for ways to improve... our community! We have not removed any of our great amenities from our community, and we recently had brand-new flooring installed in all the hallways. I believe we have spoken about your concerns and were able to offer some insight into the process for many of the issues you have brought to our attention. I hope you allow the renovation to finish before deciding to break your lease, since we have a few weeks to go. The finished product is going to be beautiful!

I LOVE living at Landmark on Lovers! We are right in the heart of the North Dallas area with access to a main highway and neighborhood entertainment venues, shopping, and restaurants galore! Our management, leasing agents, and maintenance staff members are always friendly, professional, welcoming, and ready to solve any issue that comes their way. The property is clean and well-maintained, and any messes are dealt with promptly. The overall vibe of our community is friendly and cooperative. Due... to having asthma, the MAIN feature of this community that is beneficial to me is that we are a NON-SMOKING community! Along with that health and wellness feature, we have a fully operational gym, a courtyard to take peaceful walks, an exercise room, and a yoga/meditation room - if that speaks to your sensibilities as well. For those who want to contribute to the peace, tranquility, and upscale nature of our living community, you could be the next member of our LOL community!

5 stars for maintenance crew - I have submitted a few maintenance request and every time they come the same day and fix my issues with a day or two regardless of weather. This crew works hard and I appreciate it as I’m sure the community does as well! Keep it up!
