Prospective Tenant

Misleading and terrible experience when using the virtual tour function. The staff also do not communicate effectively with regard to what units are actually available for showing. We wasted two days in a row scheduling virtual tours and both times we didn’t get to see anything. The staff told us to come back during business hours but the app allowed us to schedule a virtual tour after hours. They even called us prior to the second tour to remind us about our tour but then told us to come back... another day during business hours when we arrived at our scheduled time.

I enjoy living at Century Lake Highlands. The staff is always helpful. The maintenance is on top of it. I like how it doesnt seem like you are in the hustle and bustle of Dallas but you are not far from everything.

The community is friendly, and the apartment is conveniently located close to most of the things I want to be near and more. I love being surrounded by greenery as much as possible. The apartment staff is kind and attentive, and the maintenance service is excellent.

The place has is new and has a lot of space. The people were helpful. But the windowsills had a lot of dirt and bugs from the screens not being set up right. There aren't elevators which isn't a plus. But overall a pretty good place.
