Don't move there
I'm not sure who is giving this company these fake reviews but it's not true. This place is nasty and disgusting. First of all the appliances are at least 20 years old. The apartments are not clean when you move in. The neighbors walk dogs and never pick up, trash is smelling and always piled up at the dumpster, gates are , broke, the units are poorly insulated so your utility bills will be expensive and beware of mold. Please be aware that the company does not tell you up front that when you... move out, you will receive a bill for water and sewage 2-3 months back and also they will charge you for cleaning the carpet $150 even though there is no issue with the carpet. This adds up to an additional bill from them of about $300 after move out so don't expect a deposit refund.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. We strive to provide a comfortable and well-maintained living environment for all residents, and we take comments like yours... seriously.
Regarding your final account balance: Utility charges such as water and sewer are billed based on actual usage and are often received after a resident moves out, which is why they are included in the final statement. These charges are outlined in the lease agreement, and we make every effort to be transparent about them.
As for carpet cleaning, this is a standard part of our move-out process to ensure the apartment is properly prepared for the next resident. This charge is only applied when appropriate and is also referenced in the lease and move-out documentation.
We understand that shared spaces like trash areas and pet relief areas can impact your experience, and we work with our teams and vendors to address these issues promptly. If you ever felt your concerns were not heard during your residency, we apologize—that is never our intention.
We genuinely appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best in your future home.
