This is a great community. The only reason I don't give it five stars is because I really think the stairs and hallways cleaning can and must very much improve.

I’ve had a great experience living at Gio Apartments! The community is clean and well-maintained. The amenities are top-notch—especially the pool, gym, and lounge areas. The management team is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. I’ve also felt very safe here, and the location is super convenient, close to restaurants, shopping, and major highways. It truly feels like home. Highly recommend Gio to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish place to live!

The roaches are unstoppable, there is literally no fix to stopping them in my kitchen and also i spotted big german roaches in the lawn in front of me.
