Communication needs to be improved. It is very difficult to get any issues corrected. Most of that is due to the lack of communication from the staff.
Communication between staff members is poor. As well as with the tenants.

I've been living at The Lost Spur for the past two years, and overall, it's been a great experience. The location is super convenient, the grounds are well-kept, and the community has a quiet, peaceful vibe that I really appreciate.

Maintenance requests have always been handled quickly and professionally—shoutout to the team for being so responsive. The staff in the leasing office have been helpful and friendly every time I’ve needed assistance.

What I’ve valued most is the feeling of safety... and stability here. It’s a clean, comfortable place to live, and I’ve really enjoyed calling it home. If you're looking for a laid-back, well-managed community, The Lost Spur is definitely worth checking out.
