They had a cleaner come in before we moved in, and the cleaner left food in the carpet against the wall, among various other things. We brought it up to the apartments, and they apologized, credited us $150, and sent the cleaner again. The food was still in the carpet...
Staff seems eager to help but seems to be slow in action. Maybe due to the time it takes to communicate between management.
