How Is This Rating Determined?

Dont lease here!!!

They change manager left and right takes the months to fix a shower head. The current manager who refuses to give me his name has been charging me for 2 months to reserve my parking since there is not enough parking and you car gets towed if you dont have your cant guns where to park. I still dont have a a reserve parking. Previews manager were actually willing to help this one wont answer calls. I call him several times and he kept ignoring the call not knowing that I was standing in front... of him. He dressed like a gang banger not someone you feel save giving your personal information to. Stay away!
