Disappointed with Lincoln Court

Let me first start by saying that I do not recommend Lincoln Court Apartments in Dallas, TX. I lived at Lincoln Court for 4 years and the experience was below my expectations. They changed 5 office managers in the 4 years I was there, so they did not know how to run things. The amenities like pool and elevator are constantly down for maintenance. The AC went out in the summer and took days to get repaired. If you like showering with hot water, well that was also an issue. When I moved out in the… summer of 2022, I was charged for utilities that I had already paid in June, causing me to overpay. The office manager did not hear my compliant and just sent my account to collections with no call or email to notify me first. I was never late on rent and paid on the 1st or 2nd of each month. Even through the pandemic, I paid on time each month. I'm very disappointed on how they treated me at the end of my lease. I'm fortunate that I am now a homeowner, so I don't have to deal with them. I urge you to look elsewhere. The only plus is the location to restaurants, shopping, nightlife and underground gated parking.

Bad Management

The new manager has to go. He is very rude, doesnt know how to deal with tenants and others. He dont know his job. everything should be documented because he doesnt remember what he said the next time.He is always out of the office. if you call emergency after hours, they wont call you back. Lincoln court needs someone who can do his job well without arguing all the time with tenants.

Lincoln Court Apartments

After having lived here for about 5 years I can definitely say that I truly enjoy living here (no I don't work for the property nor am I a realtor)! Originally built as condominiums in the 80's, this building is set up to maximize privacy and with the location, convenience is the best thing about these units! Immediately next door you have Eatzi's and in less than a 5 minute walk you have 6 restaurants, a liquor store and a Starbucks. If you take public transportation, there are two major bus… lines that run right outside. The property has NEVER changed ownership since I have lived here, unlike other properties in the past. The property is VERY clean, has twice a week trash valet and a gorgeous pool to boot! Rent increases have been minimal and our apartment manager, Phillip, is a really pleasant guy! The only negative I could possibly think of is that there aren't enough windows in my specific unit but that is a personal preference.
