I loved it

I’ve really enjoyed my time at Maravilla. The atmosphere is calm, the neighbors are friendly, and everything is kept in great condition. It’s been a stress-free and comfortable living experience!

They took my money and ran.

I called this apartment asking for details about a one bedroom. I explained my situation to the lady who I was speaking with that I currently live out of state and I am relocating to Dallas. She said that was fine everything is online. I uploaded all my documents including a photo of my ID and paid all the fees. A week later I called about an update on my application and they told me I had to be there in person to bring all my paper work. I asked them why when I uploaded everything online and I… am unable to come in person since I live out of state. They said it was company policy that they needed me there in person with my ID. I asked them why was that not explained to me when I told them my situation from the beginning. The manager said she was going to call her corporate office and get back with me. Two days later I have been calling non stop and they have yet to answer my calls or even call me back. They took my money and just kept it.

Bad management, bad everything

Trash everywhere, they are quick to write you up but “dont have time” to take care of any work orders...

Horrible management and maintenance

Repairs usually take a week to complete, as everything needs to be ordered. When I finally call a week later, they promise a day to put up pet, then don't have the common COURTESY to call when they don't show up.

A place that has been a great location for me now 7 years and With the times that we are living in, today, especially with bad weather this has been a great location!
