OH, boy. Where do I start? While the location is prime literally everything else is awful. The walls are thin, you can hear talk, cough, flush their toilets at 3 am, you name it! And if your neighbors have kids, eek! RUN. Don't let them fool you with the cheap rent and utilities included, you get what you pay for. Old building, poor insulation, they've literally never updated anything since the late 80's by the looks of it. You'll get something between a standard size fridge and a mini fridge,... only one burner will work on the oven, the carpet is gross, the flooring won't match, your central air will break and they'll put in window units into the only 2 windows you'll have in the place. Nobody is aware of their neighbors, they slam doors, slam walls, sell DRUGS-yep! The drug dealers even installed a CAMERA facing their FRONT DOOR across the courtyard. Everyone can see it, everyone knows it. There's like 4 decent tenants and they're super old, I feel bad for them. I'm sure they get zero sleep with all the noise.
