My experience here has been tremendous ?? .I m A Loyal Resident here and I not ashame of my living here. As I give this review I have been making sure I keep my Area clean plus I encourage my neighbors to invest in A Ring Doorbell. Now as for The Staff they have been generous plus I wouldn't trade them for nothing. All I want for the Residents here is to just get along and be kind to each other.

I’ve lived here for4 years, and I am looking for another place to live. Rent increases with every renewal. The increases are anywhere from $50 to $90 per year. In the time I’ve lived here, my rent has increased by over 24%. Our Apartment Rules are not enforced by management. Dogs are frequently off leash with owners failing to pick up after them. Our Manager relies more on resident gossip than personal observation since you rarely see her on property. If you expect fairness and professionalism... from management, then Nolen Grand is NOT the place for you.

I have been living here going on 4 years and I don't a complaint about the property yet. The maintenance is on point and the people are ok. The office personnel treat you with the upmost respect and they always have activities for the senior citizens.

Very nice and quiet community Im very comfortable and feel very secure, Ive waited so long to get here with all the back and forth with paperwork and mishaps with my housing program but all is well

First I want to Thank God for allowing me to be A Resident of Nolan Grande plus to be able to afford to pay my Rent on time. I been here 10yrs and counting. As for the new comers We Welcome you all with Open Arms... All we have to do is follow the Rules & Regulations and everything will be just fine. My stay here is what I made of it be kind to every1 plus as for your neighbors in our bldg just be polite to the Staff as well.So enjoy your place and clean around your area .
