Oaks White Rock

This community is one of the best I have been to so far. Sebastian is extremely welcoming and does his best to honor his word. He also attends to every resident with great measure and takes pride and joy in having a satisfied resident. Honestly, I see why the neighbors live here for so long. The property manager is extremely graceful and deserves all the props she can get. Recently, the parking lot has been getting re-painted. Residents were warned to not park in specific spots, they didn’t... comply and instead of Ruth (property Manager) towing all the vehicles, she got them towed to a different side of the parking lot. That was extremely graceful because there was tow warnings in advance. It’s not perfect here but with a team in the office that cares about residents, it makes everything worth it. Management Change Miss the old management team. I feel like there would be a learning curve with new management but we feel there is a lot of things that have gone badly since

Great location and great neighbors We loved being so close to the park where we can train everyday. Most of our neighbors are friendly and considerate of others.
Communications is very important for the residents and sometimes there is none or late communication.
Our amenities during the summer were not kept up.

Great location! We love living here! The community is welcoming and we feel safe. The administration can do better communicating with the residents. At times we feel that some amenities could be taken better care. Other than that, this is a great place to live. It’s peaceful and the maintenance guys do a great job.

Communication Communication needs to be better. Coming home and seeing the “extra police monitoring sign was not good without alerting residents of this before.
We need a lot more communication in general!
