not truly luxury AT ALL
Since I’m moving out soon I wanted to write a detailed review on the property. First let me say, yes these apartments are “technically” luxury, but you’re still going to deal with the same issues you would if you lived in the other apartments in the area. Homeless people hanging around, people taking carts from the Walmart and leaving them on the property, hallways always covered in food and trash, hallways smelling like weed, packages getting stolen religiously, etc. The leasing office is... probably going to warn you about the fact that there’s a parking issue. They’re not joking. Parking is impossible to find if you leave the house after 5:30 or come home later. I was on the wait list for 6 months before I was able to get a reserved space. There’s no reason whatsoever why parking should be THIS much of a hassle. And of course there’s the issue with the towing. At any given time you’ll see some cars with “PP *insert random numbers *” written on their windows. That’s because they’ve gotten towed. We’ve all gotten towed. Even when I followed the registration instructions to a T I was still towed out of my newly reserved space a few days after I started renting it. Also got towed my first week here because I never received the text that would allow me to register my car on the car portal. Office never sent it, tried to blame me, and then got mad when I demanded that the cost to get my car out of the tow yard be taken out of my rent. The residents here ALWAYS just leave their trash and stuff on the ground. I’ve seen underwear left outside, peanut shells covering the hallways, McDonald’s bags and cups being left everywhere, candy wrappers all up and down the staircase, etc. I’m constantly seeing half drank cups of soda bring left everywhere, chip bags, candy wrappers, peanut shells, etc. And I think that’s because of the area and the type of clientele this place seems to attract. Elevators are broken half of the time, so don’t get too happy about not having to carry your groceries upstairs. The elevator in building 1 specifically has been broken since late February. We’re only a few days away from April and it STILL hasn’t been fixed. The leasing office is very slow to respond to requests. I’ve had times where emails have gone unanswered, calls not being returned, etc. Going up to the leasing office isn’t much better because a lot of the time they’ll tell you to just submit a request or an email through the portal. This place was so bad that I decided ending my
