Water damage
I paid a deposit two weeks ago and the person in the unit before me moved out July 7th my move in date is today July 17th and I walked into this severe water damage, banged up appliances, and it was hard to get ahold of the office. Which did offer other units but I didn’t apply for other units I applied for that one and me personally I feel it’s unacceptable to keep a deposit and the apartment is nowhere near ready
