DO NOT MOVE HERE

I am writing to share my unfortunate experience as a tenant at this place. My time residing in this apartment has been marked by persistent pest issues, poor maintenance practices, and interactions with rude office staff.

Disappointment

I have lived here under stress due to Maintenace issues since day one. The roach infestation was awful to beat took the 1st 3 months to get control. My closet has flooded a total of 5 times over the past 9 months due to bricks missing from the wall. The brick problem has never been fixed only patched so every time it rains, I flood. The owner his self has offered to let us move but that's not so easy Sir!! I pay the rent every month just fix the problem!!!!! I like the property its clean and I… like my neighbors could be a great place to live if the owner would actually hire a TRUE Maintenance CREW!!

Worst apartments ever!!!!

Please DO NOT MOVE HERE! They will not fix anything. Code compliance practically lives here.
They just started towing cars! It’s ridiculous. Absolutely overpriced
Would definitely give a zero rating if it were possible

Leasing ladies were very nice and if they had 3 bedroom I would have lease. 2 bedroom model is really nice...

Convenience

4 years at Overton Park has been pretty good. I like the convenience of being right off 35. Communication with office staff have been wonderful!!! They always have coffee and snacks(: . Maintenance request have been done in a timely manner.
