NOT WORTH IT
All I’m going to say is this place has gone downhill so much in the 3 years I lived there. The very beginning was lovely but that’s about it. KEEP PROOF OF EVERYTHING THEY SEND OR MAKE YOU SIGN. They absolutely will try to charge you for unnecessary things. This has absolutely become one of the worst complex’s I have ever stayed in solely due to who it’s being run by now and the conditions it stays in. I can’t stress enough how it’s not worth it to live here. There are so many issues with… communications, maintenance, etc… The list goes on. It’s just not worth it. Save your money and live literally anywhere else.
