Too much for too little

Although management has been working to get this place up to par, there are issues that they aren’t able to solve such as pest problems, lack of adequate funding for repairs, and poor quality ground maintenance. The breeze ways in building 1 is very dirty, and the parking lot spaces are very narrow causing vehicles to be crammed up next to each other. The residences aren’t very nice either. Their children are often unsupervised, playing football in the parking lot, throwing rocks (hit my… friend’s vehicle once), and roaming around all throughout the night. My vehicle was once broken into, and disking off vehicles, since moving in, my vehicles have been towed for the most ridiculous and scandalous reasons. Rent is too high for such low quality living conditions.

Providence is Amazing!

Beautiful apartments with great new team. There has been some challenges, but the new team is doing great! The pool is beautiful as well :)

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. It took them 4 months to process my application. I got approved and moved in. Upon my personal inspection of my 3 bedroom, 2 bath, I noticed my master bathroom shower and tub not working, the dishwasher holding old, moldy water, the kitchen sink did not work and the microwave above the stove didn't work either. They fixed the kitchen sink after a week of constantly asking them. At this time, I was told to start submitting my requests online. I have lived here 4… and a half months and my master bathtub and shower are still not working, my microwave doesn't work and the dishwasher is still holding moldy water. It got so bad two months ago that my downstairs neighbor's ceiling came down on her and her kids. They don't give you a mailbox key. They have the maintenance man "pop it open" for you and you are susceptible to neighbors stealing your mail. The pool is never open, not even during season. It's for show. The "workout" room is never open. It's for show too. They refuse to come and fix what's wrong in your apartment. I mean what am I paying rent for a master bathtub and shower for if I still have to share one with my kids. Oh and they will increase the rent without telling you in writing or in person. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED...
