I THINK THIS COMPLEX IS.....

...getting a bad rap. Im a newbie and may be strategically placed but Im not having any problems with bugs in my apt, maintenance issues, security, office drama, kids, pets....etc. I have an updated apartment which I keep clean and appreciate. A few of my favorite features in my apartment is the high ceilings, crown molding, large closet space and the soaker tub.

Wonderful Place.

I love living here it's very quiet the neighbors mind their own business the kids are very respectful and not wild kids running around making noise. The management team is absolutely amazing Yolanda Sandra and Courtne are just wonderful people I do recommend. This is the best apartment Homes for me

Horrible

Moved last year, just don't move unless you want your peace destroyed.

New manager, not so great at all. Towing tenants cars, implimented a log your visitors system if your visitors are not logged in online they wont have a car outside when they wake up. Walls thin, you can hear full conversations of grown ups out side after the office closes, a office enforced curfew after 9 p.m. you can not be outside your apartment unless you getting in a car . I really feel the management is In with the… towing company that's been towing more expensive cars of tenants, my tags were expired but I have a new parking sticker, but, people who are not on the lease with no parking sticker still parked outside. Just no, I feel like I' m in prison over here with people who are not compassionate these are income restricted. I here shots being fired enough to be bothered, as soon as my lease is up I' m outta here!
