NO NO NO

There’s only handful of things that were good about this place. Example: everyone gets a covered parking, but that’s really the best thing about this place. Neighbors are highly inconsiderate of their neighbors and are SO LOUD all hours of the night. You can hear everything through the walls and ceilings. Also, if you want to smell marijuana 24/7 I would NOT recommend here.

My fiancé and I complained multiple times about the smell of weed in our apartment and unfortunately our neighbors would… smoke all the time and our whole place smelled of smoke regardless of what we did to prevent it. Even taking my toddler to the pool people would smoke their marijuana right there and not care about who’s around.

We were here a year and since we’ve moved out we have experienced a lot of hidden fees that have topped over $500 out-of-pocket for us.

Since this was our first place in the city we tried to make it work. But, NO. This place is not it.

STAY AWAY

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Rancho Palisades. The communication from their team was absolutely terrible. From the moment we started the application process, it was nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone. Phone calls went unanswered, emails were ignored, and we had to repeatedly hound them just to get basic updates.

After weeks of chasing them down, they finally approved our application, but then THREE WEEKS AFTER again radio silence and being ignored we received the lease… agreement until A DAY before we were supposed to move-in. This last-minute scramble was completely unprofessional and added unnecessary stress to an already difficult process. Worst of all we had expressed our urgency of having the process done since we were coming from out of state and still insisted they communicated.

If this is how they handle prospective tenants, I can only imagine how they’d handle ongoing issues once you’re a resident. I would not recommend Rancho Palisades to anyone looking for a smooth, professional leasing experience.

Sadly we had to forfeit the administrative fee because they rudely refused. Stay away from this complex.

Given the lack of communication, we were unable to move forward with your application and had to make the difficult decision to deny it. I understand how disappointing this situation must have been, and I’m genuinely sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Worst customer service

Office lady was very rude almost as if she didn’t want to do her job. If you want a tour be prepared to go alone. We were given a key to go look at an apartment and they had given us the wrong key. At the point we we’re just annoyed with the quality of the service so we did not say anything and just left. If this is how the staff is with potential tenants I can just imagine how they are with their current residents

terrible communication

Good luck trying to get In contact with the office they have caller ID so they like to ignore phone calls!!! Been trying to get in touch for the past 4 hours starting to really regret applying here!

Very nice place

I am a first time renter and the staff has been nothing but helpful through the whole process. Very quiet apartments and nice surrounding area. Maintenance staff always helps out in a timely manner they also keep the grounds very clean. Very happy so far!
