The office staff is not responsive. The hallways are so dirty. The hallway was half painted and never completed. When trees were pruned the trees in our courtyard were never touched. The courtyard has been a muddy mess for over a year.

You have got to be kidding. There are so many issues that are not being addressed I could have listed more. Get the pools open! Get the gates working! Invest in new landscaping in areas where CAMP destroyed the growth, and then I will share other concerns.

I sold my home in Preston Hollow 10 years ago and have loved being at the Renaissance. It is a wonderful location and was very beautiful until Finger sold and the reconstruction began. I realized it would be noisy and not pretty. I didn't know it would be for several years.I never considered moving and still do not. I would appreciate some sort of compensation for the damage and inconvenience,however.
