Overall, I like the community. Maintenance is responsive. Good staff who assist in any way they can. My neighbors are decent. I think it’s a great living option. Near park and Singing Hills rec center. Close to travel routes (20, 45, 35, 67). Not too far from downtown.

I absolutely love my apartment. I just wish the stairs and community stayed cleaned. It’s always trash everywhere due to children or random adults.

Love it had no problems past 1 1/2 years living here . Any minor fixes I need maintenance comes fix it . Just a lil bit of disruption from teens here and there but all is good .
