My experience has been pleasant so far. Any issues I have, I am able to reach out and get assistance in a timely manner. The complex is also kept nice and clean. The office staff is also friendly.

The environment is OK need to keep the neighborhood clean at all times. Too many kids leaving trash around in the parking lots and the hallway. No body cleaning up after their pets

I have seen more roaches in two weeks than I have in the last four years at my old address.
The neighbors are rude and loud.
My ice maker doesn't work
