This is a great place to live and we have recently renewed our lease. I would say one of the best things is communication the staff using SMS and Email to notify us of alarm test, maintenance, security changes, weather issue and provide timely updates. I feel I always know what is going on.

The office does a great job protecting our packages and recently capture some thieves.

Gym equipment is fixed fast as well as maintenance services (broken gate - fixed in the same day or early next day for...
example). The maintenance staff is approachable and friendly.

They do a lot of community engagement events with free food from local businesses and don't require you to give a 5-star review to participate.

The pool is well maintain and this is one of the few apartments I have seen them shampoo the carpets in the hallways.

Like most places in Texas they have bugs and the service response is fast and done by a professional company.

I've been here for about a month and have had a great experience! Management is very easy to reach, the apartment is perfect, and I've only had great interactions with neighbors! Not to mention, it is a great location to be in!
