I was welcomed by Brenda, the community manager, at Seville Uptown, and she instantly made me feel at home. The tour itself was great, but she was also kind and welcoming herself. I've lived here for over a year and enjoy the small and peaceful space. I love the big windows in the living room and bedroom, and the amenities are used quite frequently, including the pool, gym, and lobby area when I work from home.

I've been a resident at Seville Uptown for four years and really don't have any complaints (other than being in the flight path of Love Field, but what can you do)... I will say, I get nervous every summer when my lease comes up for renewal, there was one year that the rent was increased dramatically but since then, while it has gone up, nothing dramatic. By and large, the residents are friendly, the property stays well maintained, and issues within the apartment involving maintenance are... handled quickly.

My husband and I love it at Seville uptown! We will be signing our lease for the 4th year in a row. I can’t imagine living in any other apartment complex in Dallas. Love the community, neighborhood, maintenance crew and the staff at the leasing office!
