THE PARKING IS VERY LIMITED SO NOT ONLY DO YOU HAVE TO BE HOME BY 4PM BUT ITS A CHANCE THE CITY CAN ALSO TOW YOUR CAR(other than the apartment tow truckers who are also towing you if you dare park inside the gate)OR TICKETS YOU. IF YOU NEED ANYTHING FIXED OR REMOVED OR ANYTHING THAT THE OFFICE HAS TO GET BACK WITH FOR DONT HOLD YOUR BREATHE. THEY HAVE INSPECTIONS AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH "RANDOMLY" AND NOTICE IS LAST MINUTE SO THEY... CAN CATCH YOU WHILE YOU'RE GONE TO SNOOP THROUGH YOUR BELONGINGS. THEY HAVE A RAT INFESTATION IN THE ENTIRE 4 BEDROOM SECTION IN THE FRONT MIDDLE WAYS OF THE OFFICE. EVERYTHING IS SO OLD AND RUN DOWN WITH MOLD IN THE VENT FLOWING THRU YOUR HOME AROUND YOUR KIDS YOU CAN LITERALLY SMELL IT WHEN YOU TURN OR YOUR AC OR HEAT ITS REALLY A SHAME; WONDER WHY THEY NEVER HAVE AVAILABILITY WHEN YOU CHECK TO SEE IF THEY HAVE ANY OPENINGS? Owners policy required you to have DL, registration and insurance to have an assigned parking, No visions parking area, all visitors and people with no DL, registration, or insurance must park outside the apartments. I wouldn't recommend nobody to move in these apartments if you trying to do better these apartments will hinder you and they don't care. The parking outside the apartments is ridiculous. If your not home before 6 there's no parking and they start towing cars not parked on the right... side of the street. The manager sends out request to have certain cars towed. Due to Management and property owners policy I wouldn't recommend nobody to stay in these apartments they treat residents as if they are in a zoo, and we'll controlled. Read More
