What started off as a great option for those working near downtown and looking for an affordable place to live, is becoming rundown due to management and tenants lack of both self respect and consideration for others. Screw what's included in your lease, it's pretty much a roach infested free for all.

Please be aware that these apartments need new management! These apartments are dirty from the inside to the out trash hanging over the dumpsters and in the elevators the gates are always broken ! Food is always felt in the hallways and elevators , many of the children play on the elevators that’s why they don’t work , they will tow your car if it’s not in the WHITE LINES but the paint where the WHITE LINES should be is fading ! Because these are low income the Mangers talk to you crazy the... apartments have a roach problem ! The Belleview...quiet,friendly,with a delightful view of Downtown Dallas.The Cedars train station is across the street for those with no transportation. The apartments are nice. Includes washer and dryers in each unit for occupants like me with children in different sports causing me to wash at least 3 times a week.
