Plumbing issues, terrible upkeep of property
Although the rent is cheap, the property has an ongoing plumbing/sewage issue. The property went down after new management took over in 2021. There is no groundskeeper to clean the property.

Lil Slums
its more then a 200 fee for your dogs. There are NOT 2 spaces per apartment. only 2 apartments have balconies... so FYI. There is NO management on site anymore.. which is why the place is now the pits.
The laundry is almost always broken.. backed up into the downstairs apartment next to it more then once. and its EXPENSIVE.
There is NO PLAYGROUND.. there is a dog run, which is not maintained anymore.
It was nice when I moved in..there was management in site, and a cleaning crew for the common... areas.. and maintenance on-site.. and packages were delivered to your door.
then Mac Larmar happened. and all that is now a bust. You can rent within blocks, at a better building, for more space for the same price. My friend moved 3 blocks away and got unit laundry... and a den and 1/2 bathroom and a bigger apartment for the same price. seriously.
