The Briscoe was great. It’s a cute nice apartment for an affordable price. But the leasing experience is a little bit poor. And they could make their community a little bit better smelling

The size and layout of our 2 Bed 2 Bath is really nice but this place just has a huge issue with homelessness. Management does not try to find ways to make this place secure. Open hallways with no control access have seen homeless men threaten the maintenance man, try open all the cars in the complex and even walk through the halls

I've lived at The Briscoe for 8 months and I am so impressed with everything about The Briscoe community, most importantly the management and staff who are always on top of everything, they are amazing. They were extremely helpful with making my move in process a wonderful and smooth experience. They are kind, responsive, helpful, hardworking and committed to the highest quality standards. This for me is the greatest location to shopping and transportation.
