One of the BEST apartment complexes in the Dallas area. The apartments are extremely spacious and well kept. The rent is very reasonable and the community is really quiet. The only issue that I have is the parking is extremely limited. But, I’m really enjoying my experience here at The Briscoe and I’m looking forward to all the great things to come.

The Briscoe was great. It’s a cute nice apartment for an affordable price. But the leasing experience is a little bit poor. And they could make their community a little bit better smelling
