Renter Beware

Whatever you do don’t move here! I lived here for two years, and I should’ve left years ago. The staff is rude and unhelpful. Also I had roaches, and I’m a very clean person. They also tow your car even when it’s “properly registered.” It’s in a very unsafe area and they have little to no security. I’ve heard that multiple cars were broken into again and again. The walls are super thin so it makes it hard to even work from home. Heed my warning and don’t move here! There are much better and more… affordable places in Dallas.

Great building horrible mangment

I was a resident for 15 months and was never informed my car was not in the second portal not even at the time of my lease renewal resulting my car being towed and the management was incredibly rude.

Building is great, management is tacky and rude!

We pay a lot of money to live here and we have lived here for two years. The building is great, but the way the management pushes you off about unfair extra charges until you have no other choice but to pay them is ridiculous. Upon move-in they were very unclear about specifics that ended up costing us a lot of money. For example, I was driving a temporary vehicle and I had my window tag hanging and registered it as a guest vehicle as opposed to a resident vehicle bc my permanent car was in the… shop. It was towed while I was out of town despite thinking I had done everything right. They did not notify me and it ended up costing me over $500 to get it back. THEY DID NOT CARE AT ALL. We were charged a $250 late fee after having trouble with the website paying our rent. I had emailed and never received a response and THEY WOULD NOT REMOVE IT! I refused to pay the fee portion, as it was unfairly applied in the first place. Come next month, I went to pay my rent and my account was inactive, emailed again with no response and so they applied ANOTHER late fee. ALSO, IT COSTS EXTRA TO SET UP AUTOPAY?! It just seems like a trap with an outrageous consequence. I also over heard the manager saying "No manches" to her friend as she walks to the back room to get my ledger from the printer....is just felt really tacky. Also, I think 3 vehicles have been stolen from beyond the resident gates since we have lived here and the elevators are FREQUENTLY down leaving you waiting endlessly.

Know what you’re signing up for

Building is in deep ellum and is therefore extremely loud. Tons of people outside the building. Loud sirens and helicopter from the hospital nearby. Random folks using the guest parking garage and back lot behind the building (drinking and partying in their cars). At least one elevator or garage gate is out of service at all times. Random cars parked in handicap and charging stations as well. Building management seems more occupied with signing than keeping residents happy. Maintenance guys are… nice and responsive, though. Fairly clean except for occasion trash or dog poo in the hallway due to high traffic. Overall okay but be aware of what area you are moving to.

I love living here!!!! Best apartment I have lived in so far!

Coming from the pickiest tenants ever... this place is phenomenal. The staff is super friendly and goes out of their way to help with everything. The construction of this building is QUALITY... they aren't cutting corners with this place. The design was so well thought out and the finished product is gorgeous. The amenities are awesome... love the pool, gym and co-working areas. Location is fantastic... close enough to walk to everything, but not so close you are dealing with the noise and… traffic. Can't recommend this place enough!
