Don't move here

This is the worst apartments ever have bed bugs roaches and rats they do nothing about it no A/C still for 4 months no light fixer in bed room oven almost out they always say it will be fixed tomorrow their are a lot of people with same problems elderly people here without A/C also worst apartments ever

Don't move here

These are the worst apartments I've ever been in had no A/C for 4 months they won't fix it have bed bugs they won't fix that problem roaches and rats oven is almost out they won't fix it no light fixture in bedroom there are a lot more tents that have same problem and you go to office to tell them problem they want to try and charge you money to fix it worst apartments ever they just want your money they don't care about you

Blinds in Windows ?? turned me off

The management company should charge tenants who fail to keep their blinds looking new up to the windows.
The few tenants that are allowed to do so makes it look bad for others.
Once I saw the blinds, I knew the trash would be a problem.

Made a mistake

Make sure you know that their rules are different than other apartments. A security deposit is refundable but highland bluffs don't do refunds.

Do not move here

Management sucks always has excuses for things. Been living here over a month still don’t have a mail key. Leasing center employees have major attitude problems and seem to be incapable of performing their basic job duties.
