Good Place to Live!
This is a great apartment complex. Is it perfect .... no, but it beats some of the luxury apartments Ive stayed at. For the price and the amount of space you get, its hard to find in Dallas now ... PERIOD!
The office was always willing to work with me when looking for a space here. I stayed in a 1 bedroom for a couple yrs, 2 bedroom for a couple yrs, then back to a 1 bedroom. All of which I've had decent living experiences. Maintenance is ok. They get the job done when they say they are.... Nothing has ever taken over a week to fix and typically they would come out on the same day to at least look to see if they could do a quick fix before ACTUALLY fixing the issue which never bothered me.
Property manager (david I think) is awesome! Never seen the guy mad of even visibly frustrated, especially with people today. From my experience, the office staff is easy to work with and responsive to questions or concerns. Based on the market, I feel they know how to keep people happy and not break your bank. I would move back in a heart beat if given the opportunity.
My ONLY complaint is parking. Tough for guests to find a place to park. When I was a tenant, the parking rules were simple as you would just sign in a guest to a portal they used but the towing company they were collaborating with was way too over the top. 1 minute over the time your guest should stay and the car is liable to be towed, and yes, this happened to one of my guests (5 min over the limit) which they were still in a guest parking spot. Other than that, a solid place to live without much of a headache at all.
