A Serious Maintenance Issue Left Unresolved for a Year — What Future Tenants Should Know
I reported a major water issue over a year ago with no action until now. Maintenance exposed severe damage, including concerning mold-like growth, and a third-party inspector said, “This is bad.” Management offered another unit but no financial help, leaving all displacement and moving costs on me. Prospective tenants should ask about emergency support.
