Las personas de mantenimiento que han ido a mi apartamento, han sido muy amables y eficientes solucionando los inconvenientes que hata ahora he tenido. Me gusta vivir en The Vllage Chase porque es una zona tranquila, segura de Dallas. Esta cerca de restaurantes, supermercados, cafes y demas. Tambien, me siento contenta de poder salir a caminar a los alrededores, ya que todas las zonas son caminables.

I have lived at the Village since 2013. I love the Fitness Center and new part of the Village. Service has gotten much worse when it comes to maintenance. By calling the maintenance number at night, I got the kind of help I had received in the past. When I call the office here, I really can't depend on the person answering the phone to relay the message. Matthew is good and dependable but most who answer the phone are not. And the 7777 number has static.
