My husband and I have LOVED living at the Village! The amenities, walkability, location, events, and community are truly unbeatable. The accessibility to 75 also makes the world of difference when wanting to get to other parts of DFW quickly. The range of apartment price/updates is also really nice because I feel comfortable recommending to any of my friends! We have no reason to go anywhere else any time soon! :D

The pricing is overrated with poor appliances and apartment features , we had several break ins and emails of violence people being car jacked wtc. my entire vehicle was stolen management didn’t care and the patrol officers didn’t care! The pools are clean and nice is the only great take away.

Overall the village is a great place. Are there some things that need update? Of course but overall it has been a comfortable stay. My two main issues with the community are The Village Gate need some serious improvements with the Kitchen Appliances, and my second complaint is that they do not have some type of kid friendly playground. With all the money spent on the new addition you would think they would of added a small playground for the kids.
